Acceptance of Terms

Binding use conditions

By accessing VIPS, submitting a parking registration, creating an account, or using permit-related tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any lot-specific rules, permit notes, operator directions, and posted property conditions that apply to the location involved.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the service. Use of the service after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the then-current version for future interactions.

Account Responsibilities

Keeping account information accurate

You must provide accurate and current registration, profile, vehicle, and contact information.
You are responsible for activity carried out using your account, mobile number, PIN, or other account credentials.
You must not share credentials in a way that permits unauthorized use, impersonation, or fraudulent permit activity.
You must promptly update plates, contact details, and related information when they change.

Eligibility and Access

When use may be restricted

Access may be limited where a property rule, operator decision, compliance issue, or technical control prevents a registration from being lawfully completed.
VIPS may suspend, limit, or revoke access where misuse, security concerns, false information, or abusive conduct is detected.
Certain workflows are available only for properties or zones configured to support them.

Parking and Permit Conditions

Property rules remain enforceable

Each parking session is subject to the applicable property, municipality, condominium, landlord, or public lot rule set. Duration limits, permitted vehicle types, unit validation, spot restrictions, guest access rules, and enforcement conditions remain governed by the operator responsible for the location.

A permit or registration is valid only for the licence plate, duration, location, and other details accepted during the registration flow. Any mismatch, unauthorized substitution, or improper use may result in invalidation, enforcement action, or account review.

Where the workflow presents important permit notes, public lot rules, no-refund statements, or property-specific warnings, those terms form part of the applicable use conditions for that session.

Payments and Wallet

Charges and authorizations

Fees, taxes, wallet charges, and card-based payments must be authorized using a valid payment method.
Rates and pricing logic may vary by property, duration, vehicle type, public lot, or configured charging rules.
Payment confirmations, receipts, and wallet balances are operational records and may be retained for audit and support review.

Refund Position

Sessions are generally final once active

Users are responsible for reviewing property details, zone details, and permit conditions before continuing.
Refund availability, if any, is limited and subject to operator review, posted exceptions, and applicable policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Misuse of the platform is not permitted

Forging, altering, duplicating, or publicly sharing permits, QR codes, emails, screenshots, or confirmation details for unauthorized use.
Providing false plate numbers, false identity information, or false property-related details during registration.
Attempting to bypass validations, payment requirements, duration limits, spot assignments, or operator restrictions.
Using the service in a way that disrupts normal operations, harms other users, or interferes with enforcement activity.

Availability and Changes

Service modifications

VIPS may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including features, layouts, accessibility tools, payment options, property integrations, and account functions.

Nothing in these terms guarantees uninterrupted availability, specific feature continuity, or a permanent right to use a particular workflow. Availability may depend on property participation, operator decisions, compliance requirements, and ongoing technical support.
