Online Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of VIPS web and mobile services, including public lot parking, private property parking, permit administration, account features, payment workflows, and related support tools.

Account Responsibilities

Keeping account information accurate

  • You must provide accurate and current registration, profile, vehicle, and contact information.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out using your account, mobile number, PIN, or other account credentials.
  • You must not share credentials in a way that permits unauthorized use, impersonation, or fraudulent permit activity.
  • You must promptly update plates, contact details, and related information when they change.

Eligibility and Access

When use may be restricted

  • Access may be limited where a property rule, operator decision, compliance issue, or technical control prevents a registration from being lawfully completed.
  • VIPS may suspend, limit, or revoke access where misuse, security concerns, false information, or abusive conduct is detected.
  • Certain workflows are available only for properties or zones configured to support them.

Charges and authorizations

  • Fees, taxes, wallet charges, and card-based payments must be authorized using a valid payment method.
  • Rates and pricing logic may vary by property, duration, vehicle type, public lot, or configured charging rules.
  • Payment confirmations, receipts, and wallet balances are operational records and may be retained for audit and support review.

Refund Position

Sessions are generally final once active

  • Users are responsible for reviewing property details, zone details, and permit conditions before continuing.
  • Refund availability, if any, is limited and subject to operator review, posted exceptions, and applicable policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Misuse of the platform is not permitted

  • Forging, altering, duplicating, or publicly sharing permits, QR codes, emails, screenshots, or confirmation details for unauthorized use.
  • Providing false plate numbers, false identity information, or false property-related details during registration.
  • Attempting to bypass validations, payment requirements, duration limits, spot assignments, or operator restrictions.
  • Using the service in a way that disrupts normal operations, harms other users, or interferes with enforcement activity.
