End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement describes the limited rights granted to users of the VIPS web and mobile services and the restrictions, conditions, and remedies that apply to that use.

License Grant

Limited, personal, revocable right to use

Subject to compliance with applicable terms, VIPS grants the end user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform solely for lawful parking-related activities authorized by the service and the relevant property or operator.

This license does not transfer any ownership interest in the software, workflows, visual design, business logic, documentation, or operational tooling underlying the platform.

Restrictions

What the license does not permit

  • Reverse engineering, copying, decompiling, scraping, republishing, or redistributing the service except as expressly permitted by law.
  • Using the service to generate false registrations, bypass validations, or create unauthorized parking benefits.
  • Sharing access credentials, permit artifacts, or operational outputs in a way that enables misuse or impersonation.
  • Using the service in a way that harms, overloads, or disrupts platform operations.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

VIPS retains all platform rights

All rights, title, and interest in the VIPS platform, including its design, workflows, code, text, graphics, logs, operational methods, and related intellectual property, remain owned by VIPS or its licensors, except where specific third-party marks or systems are identified separately.

Nothing in this agreement grants the user any ownership interest, source access, redistribution right, or sublicense authority with respect to the platform.

Termination and Suspension

When access may be removed

VIPS may suspend or terminate access immediately where misuse, fraud, security concerns, legal obligations, operator directives, or repeated rule violations justify that action.

Upon termination, the user’s right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any provisions concerning intellectual property, liability limitations, payment history, audit retention, dispute review, and legal compliance survive to the extent reasonably necessary for their purpose.
