Refund policy for VIPS

Refund and Return Policy

This policy explains the position generally applied to parking charges, wallet recharges, and permit transactions processed through VIPS, subject always to property-specific rules and operator approval requirements.

General Refund Rule

Active sessions are generally final once started

Limited Exceptions

When a review may still be considered

  • The lot was officially closed, inaccessible, or administratively blocked after the transaction was completed.
  • Management or the operator confirms that access was restricted in a way that prevented lawful use of the permit.
  • A duplicate or clearly erroneous charge can be verified through transaction and audit logs.
  • A technical failure materially prevented permit issuance despite successful payment capture.

What is usually not refundable

Common non-refundable situations

  • Entering the wrong plate number, wrong Zone ID, wrong PPO ID, wrong time, or wrong property details.
  • Leaving early, not using the full permitted duration, or deciding not to park after the session begins.
  • Misunderstanding posted lot rules that were displayed before completion of the registration.
  • Failure to read or comply with property-specific parking restrictions.
