VIPS provides digital tools to support permit registration, account management, public lot parking, private property parking, resident onboarding, payment handling, and operational review. The service does not itself own, control, or guarantee every parking facility made available through the platform.
Information shown on the platform is intended to support parking administration and user decision-making, but the final right to admit, restrict, enforce, suspend, or reject parking remains with the responsible property owner, landlord, municipality, condominium, enforcement team, or service operator.
No Guarantee
A permit, registration, payment confirmation, or account status does not guarantee that a physical parking space will be available unless the applicable property explicitly states otherwise.
Lot occupancy, maintenance activity, emergency restrictions, access controls, weather impacts, enforcement holds, and other real-world conditions may affect whether parking can be used at a given time.
Operator Control
Each location may impose its own duration caps, eligibility rules, spot-selection rules, guest limitations, public lot restrictions, towing rules, and payment conditions. Where such rules apply, they govern over generalized site content.
Users are responsible for reviewing the property-specific details shown during the applicable registration flow before proceeding.

Users remain responsible for verifying plate details, session timing, selected property or zone, entered unit numbers, selected spots, payment amounts, and the accuracy of the information submitted during any registration flow.
VIPS shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate data entered by the user, use of the wrong Zone ID or PPO ID, expired sessions, misuse of permits, or failure to comply with the rules displayed during the registration process.
